Refund Policy

All purchases are final sale.

Due to the limited availability and condition-sensitive nature of our sneakers, collectibles, and other merchandise, we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges. All items sold by Erratic Drops are brand new and sold as-is. Every item is carefully inspected before being listed for sale to ensure it meets our quality standards.

Returns

We do not accept returns for any reason, including but not limited to:

Incorrect sizing or fit

  1. Buyer's remorse or change of mind
  2. Preference changes after purchase
  3. Delayed delivery by the shipping carrier

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges on any items.

Order Cancellations

Once an order has been placed, it is considered final. However, cancellation requests submitted before an order has shipped may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis and are approved solely at the discretion of our staff.

If a cancellation request is approved:

  1. A 15% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
  2. The remaining balance will be refunded to the original payment method.
  3. We reserve the right to deny any cancellation request for any reason.

Orders that have already shipped cannot be canceled.

Shipping & Delivery

Once an order has shipped, responsibility for delivery is transferred to the shipping carrier. We are not responsible for:

  1. Shipping delays
  2. Lost or stolen packages
  3. Packages damaged while in transit
  4. Incorrect delivery by the shipping carrier

If an issue arises during transit, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly to file a claim whenever applicable.

Product Condition

All products sold by Erratic Drops are:

  1. Brand new
  2. Sold as-is
  3. Thoroughly inspected before being listed for sale

Because many of our products are limited-release or collectible items, minor manufacturer packaging variations, factory packaging wear, or cosmetic imperfections to the product's packaging may occur and do not qualify for a return, refund, or exchange unless the product itself is materially damaged or incorrect.
